• If you own an HP DV series laptop and are getting the following error message: 'HID data has stopped working' when you attach the PhysioMonitor, do the following:  Click the Vista Loge button on the bottom right of the task bar then Run and type 'msconfig' and press Enter.  Click the Startup tab and uncheck the ' HP Quick Launch buttons' entry.  Now restart your computer.
  
• There is a Microsoft issue with .Net Framework 2.0 that causes problems to occur with QuickBooks, Windows Live One Care and possibly other programs.  If you experience any problems running programs after installing MyoVision, click on the cleanup utility below and choose 'Run'. Restart your computer after running the cleanup utility and then reinstall the MyoVision software.
