Procedure for effective teleconferencing: DIAL IN from a land-line. NO Cell phones, as they cause strange sounds in a teleconference. DIAL-IN NUMBER: Enter *70 and then (512) 225-3191. In most areas, #72 turns off call waiting. Check with your phone company to confirm that this works in your area. Enter Meeting Access Code: (Call 636-447-8707 to sign up and for code) You may be prompted to leave your name. Please do so. You will hear music on-hold until the SPEAKER joins the call. Simply enjoy the music for the few minutes it may take. To guarantee a quiet, professional conference: Press *6 to mute your line unless you have a question or are announcing your entrance. When you have a question press *6 again, and it will unmute your line, and you can speak. One smart way to use the system after you have pressed *6 to mute your line, is to press *6 , ask your question, and then press *6 after you are done asking your question to mute your line again. *If you need more information on the MyoVision's Range of Motion, Surface EMG, Thermography and how instrumentation will improve your practice, call 800-969-6961 press 1 at the voice prompt, or email document.write This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
