Mr. Rocha completed a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida and served as a Biomedical Engineer for multiple federally sponsored research projects in both Pulmonary and Neurophysiology studies. Mr. Rocha has considerable experience assembling systems to capture and analyze physiologic signals including sEMG. Mr. Rocha also served as a software digital signal processing engineer at Motorola Land Mobile Products Sector.

In 2000 Mr. Rocha launched CommVantage, Inc. and now designs highly interactive 3D patient consultation software products for both the Chiropractic and Medical fields.
