American Specialty Health Network Alters sEMG Policy After Presentation by Marcarian, Thousands Benefit 

Prior to May of 2006, those utilizing Surface EMG were excluded from the ASHN network.

In May of 2006, after Marcarian won the Superior Court Battle proving the validity of Surface EMG, ASHN invited David Marcarian to present the latest research on Surface EMG to the ASHN Technology Review Committee.

"I was amazed at the quality of practitioner, and how well represented all health care professionals were in this committee. The truth was that after presenting the unbiased research which utilized the MyoVision along with other research, the committee recognized that there was solid research behind the technology, especially the way MyoVision is using it and altered their policy" said Marcarian.

For those who were excluded from the ASHN network prior to May of 2006, you can reapply and can expect acceptance especially if you are a MyoVision user with the latest MyoVision software.
