9/6/2023: Version 1.17:
- Increased Image size and adjusted window for 768 vertical resolution.
- Allow the camera to be connected after the app starts.
- Allow Import From File without a camera connected.
- Added upscaled image for better image quality.
- Updated version number format and linked dynamically to resource version
- Added time and date image overlay. On/off toggle in Advanced options.

- Changed Capture Delay default from 4 to 0 seconds
- Change ‘Preview” to “Start New Exam”.
- Link the runtime library statically so a separate install is not necessary.
- Changed space bar Captured Image to Ctrl key and added instructions to the bottom right of the main dlg.
- Rearranged pallet types making the new default, Iron Black at the top of the list.
- Changed drawn lines and Exam Type markers to be visible across all palettes.
- Outlined with white the direction arrows across all palettes on the black left/right border color.
- Changed defaults to: Show Low, High, Avg temperature, Iron Black and Raw exam type.
