BEFORE YOU BEGIN:

1. If you are updating your current version of software, be sure to backup your database first.


2. Make sure Windows is up-to-date. To see how, follow the link below to the Microsoft support article:

3. Your computer needs 10 GB minimum of free hard drive space to install or upgrade the MyoVision software.​

4. The Windows account you are logged into will need Administrator privileges. 
​Check Administrator Privileges if you are unsure.

  1. If you are updating your current software, backup your current database before installing.
  2. Make sure your have the minimum computer requirements to download the software.
  3. If you purchased a new system, you will receive a registration key in your email. (Don't see it? Check your spam folder, or contact support@myovision.com.)
  4. If you are downloading the software onto a new computer and already have a registration key, you will use this same key to activate the new installation on the new computer. 
    1. To find your registration key inside the software, go to the Help menu > Registration. Copy this info over to the new software install / computer exactly as it reads. 
  5. If you only want to test the new features, download this no-risk 30-day trial version. After the 30 days, it will revert to the previous version without impacting your patient files. 
  6. The feature pack included in the download is the most recent version with all the newest features. 
  7. Once the download is complete, you can visit our support site to learn how to set up your system.
Minimum Computer Requirements:
  • PC running Windows 10 or newer
  • At least 8GB RAM 
  • Grounded AC adapter
  • Microsoft Word 2010 or newer (for DynaROM report writer)

This download will install as a full feature trial version for 30 days. To keep these features after the 30 day trail ends, you will need to enter in your registration key (for new owners) or purchase a software subscription (for current owners who wish to upgrade.)
