- A MyoVision representative will contact you with instructions on how to send in your devices.
- You will be given a date on when to ship your devices. Ship via any traceable carrier of your choice to the following address: MyoVision ATTN: UPGRADES 13545 Erickson PL NE, #200, Seattle, WA 98125
- Once we receive your devices, we will begin the upgrades and notify you as soon as we are complete.
- Once your upgrade is complete, we will ship your devices back to you via UPS Ground. If you prefer a faster return shipping speed, let your representative know when you schedule your repair so we can include the extra cost into your shipment.
